Jackson Stanley
I’m Jackson Stanley, Owner at StanMarc Consulting, where I focus on building and nurturing customer relationships. Born and raised in Memphis, TN, I’ve always been inspired by the city’s vibrant live music scene and its hardworking people, which greatly influence how I approach my work.
I started my educational journey at Christian Brothers High School and later pursued a major in Small Business and Entrepreneurship at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. Growing up in a family of small business owners in Memphis, I knew early on that I wanted to follow in those footsteps. I completed my degree at the University of Memphis, which further cemented my passion for the industry.
My career began with Priority1 Logistics, where I realized that my long-term goal was to build a career in logistics. I’m driven by the opportunity to forge lasting partnerships with companies that share a vision of growth and excellence.
At StanMarc Consulting, my mission is to align with clients who are committed to mutual success and continuous improvement. I strive to create strong, enduring relationships that are built on trust and shared goals.
When I’m not working, I love spending time outdoors and enjoying the company of family and friends. These moments provide a refreshing balance to my professional life and inspire my commitment to fostering meaningful connections.
Mitchell Marconi
I’m Mitchell Marconi, owner of StanMarc Consulting, where I focus on operations and business development. Growing up in Crittenden County, Arkansas, and graduating from Christian Brothers High School in Memphis, TN gave me a unique blend of small-town and city experiences, enriching my perspective and approach to business.
I pursued a degree in Business Management at the University of Arkansas, laying a solid foundation for my career. My journey in logistics began at Priority1, where I discovered a genuine passion for the field. Logistics wasn't my initial career choice, but what started as an unforeseen opportunity rapidly turned into a deeply rewarding journey. I thoroughly enjoyed connecting with people, tackling complex problems, and enhancing business operations. This passion, along with a shared vision with my colleague Jackson Stanley, inspired us to start StanMarc Consulting.
I’m driven by the challenge of enhancing our clients' operations and helping them achieve their goals. My diverse experiences fuel my approach, allowing me to tackle business challenges with creativity and determination, while fostering strong, results-oriented relationships.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with family and friends. I’m passionate about wildlife conservation and a dedicated Razorbacks fan. These interests keep me grounded and fuel my enthusiasm for both my personal and professional endeavors.
